Why earn feedback when you can buy it
Saftey Center

Have you been scammed on eBay only to find eBay refuses to answer your emails or maybe you have been caught out because eBay failed to protect against script injection of eBay pages.

Are you getting tired of seeing the same scam artists appearing time and again as new members because eBay does not appears to know how to track Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or cross check the bank details of new members.

What is the point of having feedback for buyers if only positive feedback can be left and count towards points in any case and how does this protect sellers from serial complainers who are abusing the system and why is feedback going missing from eBay pages.

As a power seller how do you like the banner adverts placed at the top of the page from larger competitors who are competing directly against you and are you tired of giving eBay money only to get credits back when something goes wrong and are you being forced into using Paypal and having to pay 3.4% per transaction.

Have you tried to contact the Police about internet fraud only to have the case past on to the trading standards who say they are looking into the case but are so slow that all the evidence has been removed after 90 days by eBay and then the trading standards have the cheek to say that you don't have any evidence to support your claim or have you found the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) to be about as usefull as a chocolate teapot!

You can find some right bargains on eBay but the sad fact of the matter is with eBay profit comes first and they are trying every trick in the book including private sales to try and hide shill bidding under the carpet and eBay are simply not policing themselves which is in no ones interest apart from the criminals and share holders and in many cases eBay have been deliberately obstructive in providing details when requested by eBay members or the trading standards and that's why this site is here to help and we have access to several million eBay pages that are over 90 days old to aid anyone who finds eBay have hidden pages and so preventing justice at your expense.

Fraudtracking.com, a campaigning website, estimates that British customers are losing 500,000 a day through fraudulent transactions on the various auction sites, but there were just 70 convictions for online auction fraud last year. Full story

On May 15, the company is closing its direct e-mail link to SafeHarbor, the department that responds to questions about suspicious activity or fraud complaints. Instead, eBay will make available on its Web site a form that visitors can fill out to complain.

The company has made no formal announcement. Consumers also complain that to get onto the complaint form, they now have to register as members. eBay does not make available a customer service number listed, according to the report.

The company said that the reason for the change was to streamline customer service. Full Story

The going rate on eBay to buy feedback is now as low as £0.01 a point not that the points system is worth much with positive points remaining after the buyer has left whilst any negative feedback gets deleted so lets see how poor eBays share price is doing with so many disenfranchised members leaving.

The bottom line is eBay as a corporation has forgotten it's roots and is now taking buyer and sellers for a ride with it's partner Paypal and down the line I would not be at all surprised to see both entities being investigated for mass corporate fraud on an international scale.
